1.  How do I change the date and time on my phone?

From a Phone do the following Steps:

Press the PROGRAM key,

then press the HOLD key,

then enter 789#,

then enter 1,

then enter 4,

then enter 1 to change time and date and follow prompts.

2.  How do I change a user name on an extension?

From a Phone do the following Steps:

Press the PROGRAM key,

then press the HOLD key,

then enter 789#

then press 3,

then press 1,

then enter the extension number plus the # sign,

then enter name, Example  the name Jim would be entered by pressing 5#, 444#, M# then # to confirm.

3.  How do I record a phone Conversation?

While on a phone call press the RECORD key on the phone and the recording will start.  Once the call is finished the recording will be located in the voice mail box of the telephone.  It can be accessed by pressing the BLUE voice mail key.

4.  How to make a CONFERENCE call?

While on the first call press the CONFERENCE key on the telephone, access an outside line or intercom an extension, make the call and press the CONFERENCE key again to join parties, repeat to add additional members to the CONFERENCE.
